I miss you.

If I can choose the chapter of my life, I would choose my childhood when I was 12. Life during that time is nothing much yet the best moment that I can remember I have had. I was raised by my late grandmother since I was 3. My late grandfather passed away and my father passed me to my late grandmother as her companion. I can't remember if I've ever cried aloud or if I ever missed my mum. My grandmother was a very motherly, loving, caring and spoiled me a lot.


Oh dear, I miss her touched, her smell, her voice and her best ikan masak cabai. I've tried few times but still can't get the same feel and taste. Ikan masak cabai is not that difficult or complicated to prepare, but it was just the method was different. My late grandmother had used lesung batu to grind all the ingredients while I am too lazy for that. Too bad, huh?


Ok, thats the opening. What? haha... I missed my 12 years old girl with sweet face, no pimples allowed, no love, no bad memories.


How do I look like during 12?



Oh yes, that sweet little girl is me. Believe it or not that was my IC picture when I made my 1st mykad. Last time when our home was on renovation one of my sister found the picture and I felt overjoyed to have it back.

But life must go on. From sweet little 12 years old girl I had to turn to 29 years old lady. Still single. Oh my, what a journey. From a small town called Gerik to a place called Palm Town, Lahad Datu Sabah. Happy 29th Birthday to sweet little girl, Ayu. I miss you!

PERMATA NEGARA versi kacamata teacher

Inilah PERMATA NEGARA...permata yang masih belum ditemui oleh our 1st lady...mereka permata dalam lumpur...


Di dalam keadaan behave. 2 minggu Program Transisi saya banyak menekankan basic manners in classroom, seperti semua beg sekolah kena letak di atas lantai, bukan di atas kerusi...Ini supaya mereka selesa belajar... Sekarang, saya senang lenang skit. Klu nampak je saya masuk kelas, mereka akan jerit sesama sendiri "bags down!" hihi



Membimbing dan memberi inspirasi. Bukan sekadar "chalk and talk"...


If you're really want it, then you have to earn it...Go for it children!


OK, skang dah pandai sikit menulis. Need to be polish here and there, Nidzmar.


Sayalah Nidzmar. Antara murid kegemaran Teacher Ayu. Dia selalu usap pipi saya dan cakap pipi saya tebal dan licin. Saya tak rasa itu adalah sexual harrassment, tapi tanda kasih teacher pada kami murid-murid "berlumpur".


Saya Indah Wahida. Teacher Ayu panggil saya Indah. Teacher selalu usap kepala saya dan cakap saya budak pandai. Saya tak pernah ke sekolah tadika, tapi saya "home school". Saya rasa teacher suka saya lah. Hihi.

Tumis Atas Darat

Saya sedang lapar sekarang, dan rasa nak update blog pasal makanan...hmm, jom baca pastu klu suka boleh cuba. Ewah! Ini namanya Kari Ketam dan Nenas Tumis Atas Darat..haiyoh, pelik memula tau resipi ni. Tapi sbb adik saya berkali-kali kata kari tumis atas darat ni sedap, maka saya terliur mahu tahu resipi dan cuba masak sendiri. Terima kasih pada Makcik yang sanggup datang umah saya(semenanjung) semata-mata nak ajar saya buat kari ni.

Actually ni kali ke-2 saya buat kari tumis atas darat. 1st time buat, saya guna daging dan pisang. Kali ni nak try ketam dan nenas lak. Plus, ketam amat murah kat sini.






memula kena lah siang dulu ketamnya...klu beli ketam di Sabah kena hati-hati, sbb ketamnya selalunya masih hidup. Jadi, saya akan jirus ketam yg masih hidup tu dgn air panas dan kemudian baru dibersihkan.





Pastu, kupas la nenas...Buang sume bunga2 cinta dia tuh yer..Dan potong sederhana kecil dan lebar.




Pastu terus je tumis serbuk kari. Saya pakai serbuk kari daging cap Babas. Tumis tu takyah pakai minyak tau. bancuh jer serbuk kari dgn air dan tuang dlm periuk... Biar dlm 5 minit, masukkan nenas dan air. Kemudian tunggu smpi nenas tu separuh masak. Oh ya, air tu boleh la agak2 jer...lu suka banyak kuah letak lebih, klu suka kari yg pekat letak sikit je ayornya.





Bila dah menggelegak sikit, terus masuk pati santan.. Pastu kacau sekejap, then masukkan ketam. Kacau. Time ni boleh lah letak garam dan ajinomoto. Oh ya, takyah letak air asam jawa yer, sbb nenas dah masam,kan...





Dalam periuk yang lain, tumis bawang merah,bawang putih,halia,daun kari dan jintan kasar sampai kekuningan. Perlu diingat yer puan-puan, minyak tu biarlah lebih sikit. Masak kari kalau kurang minyak, tak ummmph!




Pastu terus masukkan tumisan bawang2 tadi kedalam periuk kari. Dan TUTUP periuk dengan segera supaya bau wangi tumisan bawang tak keluar dan sebati dengan masakan kita. Biarlah mereka "berkenalan" kurang lebih 10 minit sebelum makan...hihi...

okeh, dah siap pun Kari Ketam dan Nenas Tumis Atas Darat. Semua housemates saya amat suka kari ni, lain dari kari biasa kata depa...Klu kuah kari ada lebih, boleh buat "tempek" da makan bersama. Wah, terus bertambah lapar tau perut nih....:)
