.....hari ni aku belajar International law,pasal immunity....bila blajar benda ni, clear here, man made law always not fair...you know what? there are some person/things that have immunity to law...meaning to say, if these people commit offences they will not take effect upon law...there are immune from law's enforcement....who are the people? they can be a diplomats and family, staffs administrative, state ships etc....let say, kalau break traffic lights,they will no be charge in that receiving state territory... kalau traffic lights tu kira ok lagi la...but how about criminal offences? kalau rakyat negara kita kena bunuh dgn diplomats US, then that diplomats tak kena convict pun...would you think that law be fair to his family?absolutely no kan!!!....but, law is law...regardless it is fair or unfair, just or unjust.you must obey the law!!!!

even the diplomats baggage cannot be open or detention, even kat airport pun...."ma'am, if we believe in that baggage contain drugs, do we have to ignore it?...."yes,the baggage have immunity"....

what the ****? what the law is this?.....undang2 manusia sentiasa ada "subjected to...., to the extend...." tapi hukum TUHAN, satu noktah pun tak boleh diubah....siapa pun sama saja disisi TUHAN ....buat dosa, balasannya dosa...buat baik dapat pahala....

tengah2 blaja 2 aku teringat satu siri CSI: MIAMI last season yg aku tengok(never missed actually), pasal immunity ni...masa tengok siri tu ,aku mmg tak paham la...bila blajar ari ni baru la macam"ooooo, ini yang aku tengok ari tu..." baru paham....tapi biasa lah kan Haratio dapat tangkap jugak bad guy tu....Haratio kan pandai, confident giler(nampak sangat).... conclusion dari situ apa yg aku dapat," if you manipulate the law, i can manipulate the law too"....ye la, law kan ada subjected to...bla bla...to the extend of......itulah yg Haratio guna.....because the immunity is subjected to Florida soil only, that bad guy was cruising 500km off shore, and that territory are under something else jurisdiction( cant remember)....so, got'ca!!!

this the miami beach yg cantik.....macam kat malaysia.....my friend yg blajar kat states dah pergi Florida (miami is situated in florida, in case kalau korang tak tau la)....cantik kan?SUBHANALLAH...ciptaan Tuhan sungguh sempurna...
